Book your flu shot

Please read everything below

When booking through here it is only for the regular flu shot - not the high dose flu shot.  If you are being brought by one other family member, they can get their shot at the same time.  We will not be doing other shots during the flu clinic (no B12 shots or other immunizations).  We do not have any COVID-19 vaccines and there are very few patients who are eligible for a booster shot in Canada.  (see COVID-19 information).

Because of the need for social distancing - do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your scheduled time.  In order to balance the risk of exposure to COVID-19 and the, albeit very rare, risk of severe allergic reaction to the vaccine, NACI has recommended this year that patients wait at least 5 mintues in the office after the shot, then may go to their car and wait a further 10 minutes there.  If you start to feel unwell, immediately return to the office.  Do not drive within 15 minutes of receiving the shot.

Please wear clothing that can be rapidly removed or adjusted so that we can see the ENTIRE shoulder area to ensure the shot goes in safely.

If you are coming with someone with whom you live who is not registered with our office, and they will get a shot at the same time as you, please enter their name, OHIP number with the two letters at the end, and date of birth in the text space at step 3  (see example below).  If the person coming in with you is already registered in our office, please book them in in a separate time slot on the same day, using this same link, but with their information - if the appointments are not together, you can still come in together, we'll fix the order on our end.

We are regularly opening up new Fridays for the clinics - if you don't see any availability, keep checking back regularly.
